Rudd Consulting brings together operators, project leaders, architects, and technical specialists to solve the messy problems between how an organization wants to work and how its systems actually work.
We work across business, operations, and technology — helping organizations make better decisions, implement better systems, and build the capability to own what comes next.
Our work sits where operating decisions, implementation, and technology meet.
That means our teams need to understand more than what someone asked us to build. We need to understand why the work matters, how it should operate, and what has to be true for the solution to succeed.
Get underneath requirements and understand what the organization is actually trying to accomplish.
Translate workflow, ownership, information, and governance decisions into solutions that make sense.
Recognize when something needs to be challenged, clarified, simplified, or escalated rather than blindly executed.
Build systems, documentation, knowledge, and ownership that can continue after the project team leaves.
We expect people to bring expertise to the table — and to understand that the best answer often comes from working across disciplines.
Ask the question behind the question. Context matters, and requirements aren't always the same thing as the right answer.
Your responsibility doesn't stop at completing your part. Raise risks, communicate clearly, and help the broader team succeed.
Operators, project leaders, architects, builders, and enablement specialists each see different parts of the problem. Better solutions come from connecting them.
The goal isn't to build the cleverest solution. It's to build the clearest solution that the organization can successfully operate.
Rudd is a good fit for people who like figuring things out — not just receiving a perfectly defined assignment.
You want to understand the context behind the work, not just the task in front of you.
You don't need every answer handed to you before you can begin making progress.
You surface risks, uncertainty, and tradeoffs before they become bigger problems.
Delivery isn't complete simply because something technically functions.
You bring expertise without losing curiosity, humility, or respect for what others know.
Our work requires people who can see different parts of the same problem and collaborate across them.
Operating models, workflow design, discovery, requirements, decision rights, and organizational clarity.
Planning, stakeholder coordination, governance, risk, delivery management, and operationalization.
Solution architecture, systems design, Airtable, automation, AI, integrations, and technical delivery.
UAT, stakeholder readiness, training, documentation, champions, launch readiness, and internal ownership.
The contracts, coordination, administration, and internal systems that allow client work to run well.
Applying emerging technology thoughtfully to real operating problems rather than chasing technology for its own sake.
We're looking for someone who can help turn clear requirements into thoughtful, maintainable systems — and who understands that good implementation requires more than simply building what was asked for.
You'll work alongside our project and technical teams to design, build, test, document, and improve solutions for clients. Airtable is an important part of our current delivery work, so meaningful hands-on Airtable experience is required.
We're particularly interested in people who can understand the workflow behind a request, think through how information should be structured, build responsibly, communicate when something doesn't make sense, and leave behind systems other people can own.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving real operating problems, is comfortable working through ambiguity, and wants to grow beyond simply executing technical tickets.
Our needs evolve as our work does. If your experience sits somewhere across operations, systems, implementation, technical delivery, project leadership, AI, or enablement, we're still interested in hearing from you.
Tell us what you're great at, what kinds of problems you like solving, and where you think you could contribute at Rudd.
Introduce YourselfWe value people who ask good questions, communicate clearly, take ownership of outcomes, and can work across the messy boundaries between operations and technology.
Specific platform expertise matters for some roles. Judgment, curiosity, and the ability to make that expertise useful matter across all of them.
